Abstract Submission Abstract preparation Participants who would like to make an oral or poster presentation at the IDCC-2 must submit an abstract for prior consideration and approval. The abstract submission deadline: 1 December 2008, 12.00 GMT. In order to submit an abstract, participants must be officially registered for the conference. Please enter the registration reference from the registration receipt you received by email in the corresponding field below. If however you wish to submit your abstract before receiving confirmation of your registration, please enter ‘Registration Pending’ in the Special Instructions field. All registrations will be verified after submission. Please prepare your abstract according to the Microsoft Word template (the DOC file can be opened using Microsoft Word, and Apple Pages). If clicking the 'Word Template' link does not open a 'Save/Open File' dialog box, right click on link and select 'Save Target As...'. Abstracts are limited to one page, inclusive of figures and equations, providing you use the font of the template. Please indicate the name of the principal author and the title of the paper at the top of the abstract. Microsoft Word (.DOC) and Rich Text Format (.RTF) files are accepted. Once the abstract is submitted, an automatic confirmation will be sent to the first author. All correspondence (primarily by email) will be sent to the first author.
