You will be asked to select your accommodation and social events you may like to attend. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email summarising your registration.

Registration periods and fees:

• Before 30 November: € 500
• 1 December 2008 – 31 January 2009: € 600
• 1 February 2009 – 21 March 2009/on-site registration: € 900

Cancellation policy: cancellations will be considered only upon the receipt of a written request sent to the Organising Committee. Cancellation requests received before 1 February 2009 will give entitlement to a refund of 70% of the total payment. No refunds will be given after this date.
