Sponsorship Opportunities

The 2nd International Diamond Cut Conference (IDCC-2) will be held at the Beau-Rivage Palace hotel in Lausanne, Switzerland from 22 to 25 March 2009.

This conference offers important sponsorship opportunities, providing your company with high-profile exposure among key decision-making delegates and representatives of leading bodies in the diamond industry.

As well as attracting international media coverage, sponsors will contribute towards achieving the conference goal, namely promoting informed debate on the current state of the diamond industry and improving its profitability.

Conference: 22-25 March 2009

Application

If you would like to become a sponsor of the 2nd International Diamond Cut Conference, please complete the attached application form.

As sponsorship places are limited, submitting an application form does not automatically guarantee acceptance as a conference sponsor. You will be contacted by an Organising Committee member regarding your acceptance as sponsor.

Sponsorship agreement

Once you have been accepted as sponsor, a written sponsorship agreement specifying the terms and conditions of the sponsorship will be sent to you. This should be signed and returned to the Organising Committee.

A final signed copy of the sponsorship agreement will be returned to you. Following this, we would ask that you send details of your staff members who will be present at the conference.

As a rule, substantial advertising material, such as banners, flags, etc., will be provided by the sponsor. However, if necessary, the Organising Committee could arrange manufacture of the material on behalf of the sponsor, at the sponsor’s expense and after agreement with the latter.

Payment

We will include an invoice stating the total amount due with the sponsorship agreement. Payments must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
